Return & Refund Policy 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all unopened and unused agricultural products. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-returnable items: Opened chemical products, perishable items, custom-formulated products, and products with broken seals for safety reasons.

2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.

Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at returns@agritoxsolutions.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will email you a return authorization and shipping label if applicable
4. Pack the items securely in the original packaging
5. Ship the package to our return address

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

6. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different products of equal value. If the new product costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

7. Late Returns

Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products that are seasonal or have expiration dates may not be accepted after 30 days.

8. Agricultural Product Returns

Due to the nature of agricultural products, certain restrictions apply:

• Chemical products cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons
• Perishable items (seeds, biological products) must be returned within 15 days
• Custom-mixed formulations are non-returnable
• Equipment returns must include all original parts and manuals
